Our Team

Dane is an experienced commercial, criminal and family lawyer and is the principal of the firm. He was born and raised in the Albury Wodonga area and began his legal career on the border in 2014.

He completed his Bachelor of Laws with Honours at the University of Canberra, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Master of Laws (Legal Practice) at the Australian National University.

Following his admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015, Dane has practiced in both Victorian and New South Wales jurisdictions and was a principal director of a boutique commercial law practice in Melbourne.

He regularly appears in state and federal Courts in a wide range of legal matters and is an appointed lawyer on the NSW Legal Aid criminal and family law panels.

Dane is a solution driven lawyer and focuses on understanding the circumstances and goals of his clients in order to achieve results. 

Ebony is a paralegal of the firm and grew up in the Wodonga area.

Following her journalism studies at the University of Canberra in 2010, Ebony relocated to Melbourne and joined a high-profile property development firm specialising in large scale commercial, mixed-use and residential projects. She returned to border region and joined the firm in 2020.

Ebony works in mainly in the area of criminal law, and is well regarded for the support she provides to our legal team and clients.
